These Terms & Conditions apply to the North Signal Studio website and applications, including MyRAM and Lifeline. By using an applicable North Signal Studio product, you agree to these terms.
North Signal Studio products are provided as tools for personal organization, productivity, and health-information management. You are responsible for how you use information stored in or presented by the apps.
Lifeline is an information-management tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or a substitute for a healthcare professional. Do not rely on Lifeline for urgent or emergency medical decisions. Contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service when needed.
Some North Signal Studio features may connect to third-party systems, such as healthcare-provider services authorized by the user. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, availability, security, and privacy practices. North Signal Studio does not control the accuracy or availability of third-party systems.
MyRAM and Lifeline are designed around local device storage for private app state. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls and backups on your devices where supported. North Signal Studio may not be able to recover locally stored data if a device is lost, damaged, reset, or otherwise unavailable.
You may not use North Signal Studio products to violate applicable law, interfere with the products or connected services, gain unauthorized access to another person's information or account, or distribute malicious software.
North Signal Studio retains its rights in the software, website, branding, and other original materials except where a separate license expressly states otherwise. These terms do not grant ownership of North Signal Studio intellectual property.
Products may change as features are developed, improved, or retired. North Signal Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of an app or a third-party service it connects to.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, North Signal Studio products are provided without guarantees that they will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. North Signal Studio is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service failures, device failures, unauthorized device access, or decisions made solely in reliance on information presented by an app.
We may update these terms as our products change. The date above will be updated when the terms change materially. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by applicable law.
